Hi Friends

Currently I have a booking which seems a fraud to me. I would like to make a pre-authorization, but I cannot find it in my policy section. Would you please advise me step by step where I can update the Pre-authorization preferences?

Hi Sylvia and welcome to the Partner Community…

 

There is no a pre-authorization preference…

 

For more information maybe you should call your local BDC office…

Hi,

Thank you for the prompt reply. Yes. I spoke with them, they said because of the exclusive payment program we do not need to do pre-authorizations anymore.
