How can I charge the customer for "no show"?

It is my first reservation, the client did not show up, how do I charge the cancellation fee. Cheers

Simply put if you do not use 'a 3rd party service to take prepayment', you will NEVER be able to charge a No Show/Cancel policy. It's literally that simple.


Note: you are not limited to the payment method provided by BdC, fact!


Sharing your own bank transfer info is also a 3rd party service.


Find any 3rd party service that provides some or all of the following:

  • paypal.me shortlink
  • paypal invoicing
  • tradeshift.com invoicing linked to paypal
  • payment gateway providers
    • square
    • sumup
    • izettle
    • payrexx / stripe. com
    • google for more


  • Add these method and process into the New Reservation template, with a time limit.
  • Guest must pick one and if they fail to comply within the time limit , you can click Request Cancel m choose option 1 of 2 to trigger the cancellation.
  • This is a great way to prevent fake and No Show bookings.
