How to receive a payment

Hello. I has a reservation, the vuestro didn't show up, but he has to pay anyway because that were the condiciones. How can I geta the Money? I haven't  receive  it yeti.

hi, simply put if you did not state in the new rservation template , all must be prepaid, partial or full, you have very little chance of getting anything, thats the realistic view.


but still report it to BdC Partner Support, as you never know they might actually be able to do something, but to date i have never heard back from the 100s on here you post this ,as they never return to update the post to say how it went or if it was resolved. and yes they are lazy.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
