I eant to cancel a reservation

The reservation made yesterday from a guest i had yo cancrl but i could,  i informed him that i cant give you the room ... because someone else already paid at the same time but at another app...and i dont want him to get charged for the no show... because i can not cancel it

You can ask him to cancel the reservation on hiw own (without fees), or he can contact customer support to do so.

Otherwise, you can request to cancel the reservation from the button at his reservation page.

Lastly , mark him as a no show, the next day of the check in date, and waive the fees.

Also, you can contact partner support (although it is always better the guest to do so)
