I have paid the two overdue amounts towards one commission invoice and tax payment overview on the old account of Booking.com by error. The total amounts being Rs 9925.38 and Rs 661.69 respectively.Hence they are being shown as still overdue.Kindly he

Kindly help how to solve this matter,.I have messaged 'IN BOX 'but so far not received the reply. If the old account is inactive ,the amount paid may be refunded and fresh payment on the new account can be paid by me.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
