Invoice generated and payment not received

I have not received payment for the rented house and they are charging me a commission tax, is that right? There should be no receipt of payment at the tax discount?

You can reach them via the Inbox tab in the extranet > Booking.com Messages > See contact options. They should be able to explain your specific invoice and payments with you.
