Invoice paid but booking.com keep sending reminders

I paid an invoice for 203.51 to booking com back in March 10th 2020... which I have confirmation of infront of me.


I keep telling them I've paid it..and now have a final.notice


I've finally spoken with a girl who says she will ring me back..I hope she does...as I never miss my payments!


Anyone else have this issue and how did they resolve this please.

Am finding it complicated navigating the pulse page and each contact point draws a blank.

sounds like the glitch from september is still ongoing, just ignore

or call them back.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
