Invoices and commission.

Good morning.

I would like to ask about the very confusing payment structure of booking.com.

I was paid for a reservation that occurred 30-31st October.  The payment included the deduction of commission.

I now have an invoice for the commission which has already been paid - is this normal?  It now looks like I owe THEM all the money from my bookings??

I contacted the help centre via message and phone but having read the information here, I am not holding out any hope on getting it sorted?

I am new to this so a bit frazzled at it all so if anyone can help and I will keep you updated if someone gets back in touch.  My advice would be stick to AirBnB - they charge less commission and the money gets to you instantly.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
