Kalender was closed until end of December 2021, still received 2 locations while booking should have been impossible.
The house was closed until end of December 2021. Still we received 2 bookings in the month September. We noticed it after my wife and I returned from holidays. The first booker wasn't aware this had happened, and we received a good rating. Off course the house was not cleaned , and off course the key was not on the right place and the beds were not made up when the second booker arrived. How can I contact booking by phone? Because I had and want to pay the second booker his money back because they didn't receive value for money. How can I contact booking ?
