Need legal advice
We signed up to booking.com in august for accommodation at our pub. Booking.com switched their side on but failed to link to Eviivo for 3 weeks resulting in scores of duplicate bookings which they subsequently (and continuingly) charge us. Eviivo investigated and can prove that booking.com didn't do what they were supposed to and only rectified it when when we pestered them.
I have gone through dispute resolution, gone via our account manager but the trail stops at finance who ignored us.
I am now looking for a legal redress and wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a decent and reliable legal representative to help.
Thanks
I can totally sympathise.. I had a very similar situation between Booking.com and Airbnb.. They tried to put the blame on me too.
Subsequently they have not paid me my income for the past three months. I simply cannot get through to Credit Control directly.
I've just contacted a firm of solicitors that seem to deal with online disputes and terms and conditions. I'll let you know how I get on.
Thank you - I will be very interested. Hope they can help you.
