New property listing

I have a Spanish property that is 90% listed. It requires the Tourist Licence number which I do not have because it is in process.  Can you let me advertise and get bookings in the interim please?

I also want to challenge your charging me for a guest that cancelled a booking because they did not like the property's terms and conditions - this was resolved with no charge and now a charge has been applied.  This is unacceptable. Can you resolve please

  1. you are already listed. set rate plan, set room type, etc and manage the calendar
  2. apply the verify code upto 5 weeks by post, or ask for video method.

 

are you saying the registration asks for it? or is this something external?

 

you have to notify PS team if you cancel and refund .

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
