No invoice

my first guests have arrived last week and now completed their trip.

portal shows no invoice or other documentation, I have no idea if I will be paid. I have tried to email support but nobody is addressing my issue.

Dear Mark, 

Congratulations on your first Booking.com Guests !

Your reservation tab in the extranet has all details of each reservation. You must click on the name or on the guest's booking number and all details will be shown to you (including payments data if it is a payment done by Booking.com).
