no-show up and reservation without credit card
Since i became new host at booking.com , i had reservation for 13nights by guest who didnt show up. Guest didnt leave any information about his credit card nor anything that can be useful for charging him for not showing up.
Is there anything that i can do except marking that the guest didnt show up and be free of charge from booking with comission from that reservation?
this is common mistake, only way to cover yourself is make them prepay
either use the BdC payments methods or
setup your own via the New reservation template, [methods, process, time limit]
Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.
