On November 1, customers came to my apartment, I have not yet received payment from the booking

When I will see the payment in my bank account?

In my payment calendar in booking shows the date , but I haven't recived anything to the my bank account.

These are my first customers from booking and I dont know how its works here.

you wont by default , either you sign up for payments by booking and add bank account,

 

or you sign up for online payments and sign up with a 3rd party t ocharge VCC/CC cards

 

or you setup/define prepay methods in Newreservation template with a timie limit so as to cancel when they dont.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
