Over charges
Dear partner we still awaiting your reply concerning our complaint on the over charges of which we sent to your customer service with details and the booking numbers of the customers that never used our property and was marked as no show but was later included in our bills at the end of the month of which you assured us that your finance department will get back to us about a week plus now, we have not received any massage from you nor your customer services as regards the changes. Please kindly vist our complaint to effect changes to enable us to go and make payment. Thanks AUBIT HOTEL ltd.
