Payment

Hi, We have a villa in Greece and we had to pay till 16th of December for a mistake we did with a reservation. Guests found somewhere else to go so we had to pay for that.

We did pay but we don't have any information if everything is OK now. Is that normal or do we have to find out what has gone wrong. In the payment we had to include the number of the payment and the hotel ID. We are sure for the first but maybe we have written a wrong ID because we used another house number which was written on the top of the receipt that BOOKING sent us. 

How can we check everything is OK or what do we have to do if we haven't written correctly the ID.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

This forum is for general questions regarding Booking.com, unfortunately we are not able to help with specific property requests due to security. Please reach out to the Partner Services or Finance team via your extranet for assistance with your specific listing. You can reach them via the Inbox tab in the extranet > Booking.com Messages > See contact options.
 

Have you checked your Finance tab in your extranet to see if the invoice has been paid off?
