Payment for Cancelled booking

Hello,

I got a reservation for my property and it got cancelled a day before the reservation so first night fee should have been charged to the guest. As a new member, I can not see guest's credit card info, how do I get a payment for cancellation? thank you, Ani

In general , as I usually say, if you are not setup for guest to prepay, then you get nothing.

As you have not fully shared full details to paint the full picture I have to make assumptions.

 

The future fix:

  • Only use 3rd party prepay options, but BdC payment  methods.
  • share htem to guest in New Reservation Template
  • include a cavet of a time limit, this prevents exactly this issue and fake / No Shows.
