Payments from Booking.com

Having alot of trouble receiving a payment which was supposed to be processed last Thursday.  Initially there was a message when I logged into my extranet account (no e-mail notifying me of a problem) saying there was a problem with my bank.  Checked with my bank - no issues from their end.  Next time I log in the message is that my payment is blocked!!!  After several phone calls all I know so far is they are having a technical issue and can't tell me when I will receive my payment.  Anyone else having the same issue?

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
