Payments received by Booking.com

 

I have two properties listed with Booking.com.  The more recent listing, Booking.com handles the payment and I just receive my money every Thursday..  Now I want to do the same for the older listing as I have to many 'no show' guests.  How do I do this?  When I go to that option, it just says that I do not qualify.
