payouts for the guest stay

I had a booking yesterday but customer failed to check in even after my repeated calls and messages he didn’t respond to that ,it became no show ,now will I get payment for the same or not ? 
 

when will I get the payout for each booking ,I mean how many days you will take to credit in my account

This depends on two things;

 

1) Your cancellation/no-show policy with BDC, if correctly set you must mark the guest as a "no-show" in Extranet and do not waive charges.

 

2) How do you normally get paid?

If BDC take payment on your behalf you will be paid as per your contractual agreement (e.g. all check out dates in one calendar month will be paid on the 15th of the following calendar month).

If you are normally paid by the guest on arrival at your property then there will be no payment forthcoming, mark the no-show but do waive charges to avoid commission from BDC.
