Problem with the invoice
The guest who was supposed to come to mi place cancelled on the day of the arrival due to the covid. I didn`t see the cancellation and now Boking asks me to pay the fee in the amount of 24euros. I don't want to pa because the guest did not shop. What should I do?
mark as no show in future asap, now message the details to partner support.
