Property suspension despite booking.com having my money

My property has been suspended despite having paid booking.com money which they have not allocated to the invoices.

Their finance dept is never accessible on phone and they never respond to my emails but expect me  to read and act on their emails. I wonder if the finance dept exists at all or it is run by BOTS

I have called there several times from November 2021, but they never give a solution, and credit come team is also never available.

It's very frustrating
