Provision problem

We paid provision in advance without entering accomodation number (due to Lack of experice) so now when we got our invoices we have debt booking didn’t registred our payment.We have proff of payment. How we. can resolve this issue.Any suggestion?

' We paid the commission but forgot to include the remittance note our invoice and partner numbers, so our payment was not properly registered'


this can easily be resolved, save the proof of payment as a PDF and send it as a message on extranet to partner support.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
