Receiving payment from booking.com
We rented our flat out via booking.com at the start of November. I have still not received any payment for the two weeks that our guests stayed and we are owed thousands of pounds. I have called the finance department over and over and they tell me that they need to confirm the location of my property (?) and that someone will call me back to do this. However its been months and they just the same thing. I don't know what else to do apart from getting some advice from a lawyer. Has anyone experienced anything similar? We are absolutely furious and will obviously never use booking.com again.
