Refusal of Bank to refund money when guest disputed credit card charge

How does booking.com help in the event a guest challenges a credit card charge for the reservation and the guest has stayed and checked out

Do they follow up with the guest?

no and the guest has no leg to stand on with that cheeky cahargeback.

this is why having entrance /hallway cameras and or guest must send photo id prior to arrival in the New Reservation template is a must.


Just reply and say you have them on camera so they are busted and should quit while they think they are ahead before you report them for fraud.

Exactly that.

We have one CCTV camera particularly positioned for this event AND the guest signs a check in form on entry so no chance of succeeding with their attempted fraud.
