Reopening the account
Hi, I believe that I had paid my dues but my apartment still not list on the web. There is anything else that I need to do? And after how many visits booking can start charging me directly after receive the payment from my clients?

Hi, there are far too many factors at play here. You will need to contact BDC via Extranet message for the answers specific to your account.
No one here has access to the information you require.
I received an email from them; they said my account would be up in a few days but didn't say a specific day.

Thank you for reaching out. For a quick check, you can see if there is a button on your Home page advised, Open Property. If this is here then you are ready to open your property again.
