Set up payment, bank details / missing payments from Booking.com

Hello everybody! 

Two months ago I become Booking.com Partner.

I started to receive guests, everything looks fine but every time comes the payout day, no money in the account.

I have updated my Bank Details 4 times, I contacted my bank to hear if is some issue with my account, everything was fine . 

I was back and forward with Booking.com , phones, emails, no money yet.

Is it somebody that has similar experiences ?

  1. did you actually sign up for a payment method? Bdc or 3rd party
    1. if not you are likely on Guest Pays You by default.
    2. Adding your bank details does not sign you up for Payments by Booking.
    3. you say you were contacting BdC so what was said?

My payments are managed by Booking.com 100% by bank transfer , IBAN.

I have a private property , independent partner called.

so lets assume you are on payments by booking, what did Partner Support say when you contacted them ?
