Is there any way to receive payment with credit card through Booking? my property is in Dominican Republic

Hi all.

I am new in Booking and have my property's profile running and optimized from July 2021. But I can't find the way to receive payment with credit card from my guests, which causes a real problem when the guests no show.

I already set the appropriate 2-days cancellation and no-show polices and the customer is supposed to pay a charge, but how will I get the money if I am not able to receive payment with credit card?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
