Unable to view any VCCs number over than 6 months ##problem fix##

Could not view credit card details for any VCCs over 6 months old, the box you click on was grey so inactive?

Have spent over 2 months going round and round in circles with booking.com customer services trying to fix this problem.

FINALLY got someone to help so if this is happening to you also please follow these steps:

Scroll to the bottom of the page on the extranet and change the language from American English to English or English to American.

You should then be able to view the card details then as this turned the credit card viewing button blue (active) for me.!

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
