VCC could not be charge

Hello,

I try to charge the VCC after check-out of a Reservation . All the details of Card are Ccorrect but I recieve an error :I am trying to pay with the CC, but it says "3D Authentication failed". I tried with two Bank partners and same. Trough Internet I found this explanation: https://docs.cherryservers.com/knowledge/what-is-3d-authorisation.

It is possible to fix this issue or change the payment method in Bank transfer? I made some setting in mean time : At Property>Policies>Guest Payment Option I modify the  "Can you charge any Credit Cards" from YES to NO, and it was a message that all Pending VCC payments will be made using Bank Transfer. Is it correct?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
