On 25 December i had a booking with booking.com .When i got to  the hotel there was people that was permanently living there .I gave out fuel,.spent money on groceries and all the airtime i had to use to phone the call centre none of the agents ever bothered to give me a call. I Booked another hotel twinn palm accomodation please do go read up  reviews a dodgy place in deed the place was dirty, gates was broken and the pool was green and dirty.All í want is my money and be paid for the embarassment me and my family went through.

  • talk to them
