Where can i found my invoices please

If my guests payed to booking i need an invoice , i already had 2 stayovers but i cant find the invoices , thank you

Welcome to the Partner Community and thank you for reaching out to us.

You can find your invoices in the "Finance" tab in your extranet account. Please note that at the beginning of each month you receive an invoice for all reservations with check out the previous month.

You may also wish to read through this article which relates to guest invoices: Do I supply guests with invoices? It covers various scenarios including when properties' use the Payments by Booking payment model. I've highlighted some relevant sections from the article below: 

Highlight: Booking.com partners must provide their guests with invoices at check-out if required by their local legislation. While the type of invoice also varies depending on local legislation, as reservations are legal agreements between partners and guests it is partners who must issue them when required.


Even in situations when Booking.com facilitates your guest’s payment, partners still need to provide their guests with an invoice at check-out – either on paper, by email, or both if required by your local legislation. This is because the reservation agreement remains between the partner and the guest.
