Why do i have a doubled invoice

I have received 2 same invoice twice with same amount and for the same period, and i have made a complain on december but i was shocked to get an email that my account will be suspended if i dont pay it, i already made the payment for that month of novemver 2021. Pls look into my issue

I suggest you keep sending messages through your extranet to the finance team directly.

Explain the whole situation clearly and ask them to check it out.

They certainly won't help from here. 

If possible, try to call them as well, but definitely send everything in written to the Finance department.
