I had the same problem. Although I mentioned clearly my own address and the address of the premise I rent, they sent the confirmation letter to the latter. In Spain, the postman doesn't come to your house, because the mail boxes are grouped, for instance at the streetcorner. Renters don't use mailboxes, so the confirmation letter stayed there until I emptied the mailbox.I don't understand how Bookin.com manages to get confused between these two types of addresses.
