Account suspened by fake reviews

Please reopen our property ,, our property is suspend on 21 july for fake reviews,, but we apologize that mistake,, but knw its 50 days our property is not open and bookable,,, we loss lot of business,,,when our property is opened no anyone customer care tell me the right date ,, we call and message many times to customers, but no one can help to my complaint, please help me, please reopen our property, we already wait for 50 days, when we call to customer care they saying our relevant team contact to you but know its 50 days to close my property no one cn contact to me,, please its my humble request to reopen my property,,

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
