automatic invitation from us to review

i wish not to have the automatic  option to review us sent to every guest  how do we remove this please thank you

You can't. This is a BDC feature and contractual obligation.

Is the review system heavily flawed and biased to the guest? YES.

 

Is their anything you can do about it? NO!  You can only respond in professional manner showing you are sorry the guest was not happy with any steps taken to rectify/change or whatever. Turn a negative into a positive, show yourself as the caring, sharing good guys!
