Banking information
We'd love some advice please. We need to enter our bank account info for direct deposit but can't figure out how. Booking tells us to go to the banking info section within the finance section but the page is blank and we can't add anything or even access it

Are you trying this on the Pulse mobile app. or on the Extranet PC based programme?
I'm not sure this function is available on Pulse ( certainly not on mine, just checked ).
Is your listing otherwise complete i.e. you have completed enough information for your property to be bookable?
In Extranet, use the Finanace tab, select "Bank Details", you will need to provide login details again, you enter/edit your account details here. I have just done this for mine so it's not a programme wide fault.
