Booking .coms shambles and sister hub

Non payment,  no answers . Ridiculous suspension 

Why is it when you are with anyone else you don't get these problems payed instantly 

I complain utterly about the way I have been treated ready to stop everything with booking .com and partner hub it's a scandal how they treat there so called partners they get paid and you wait to infinity 

3 rooms up over two months ago and still not paid but they are sending me ridiculous statements saying they've got there cut giving you  a date to get paid and never get paid 

I use booking .com quote regular abroad as well spending thousands yet they cannot pay me for my three rooms rental for one night 

Something is seriously wrong here 

This is not good customer service this is terrible

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
