Booking.com closed my B&B from getting bookings
Hi. A couple of days ago I get an e-mail from booking.com about location verification required. I sent a message back wondering how long this would take. I find it frustrating that during this process I cant receive bookings and Im not getting paid. I opened my B&B in october and Im getting great reviews from my guests and bookings are picking up. Im not happy about this at all. Why is it necessary to close my B&B for new bookings? I dont get that at all. Why not do verification and if somethings not right then close until sorted? Anyone know how long this will take? In the meantime Im advertising in other places.

Thank you. Im back online. It took 2 weeks before anyone called. I understand totally why it has to be done. Just wish it was done a bit more smooth.
