Breakfast cancellations and commission
We've had a couple of guests who book breakfast on their reservation and then when they arrive they decide they don't want it any more. On our last invoice from booking.com we've been charged commission on the breakfasts that were not paid for by the client due to a change of mind, there is no way to edit the booking.com reservation to delete the breakfasts, any advice please?
