Cancel reservation

Dear Booking Team, I have to cancel a reservation. Due to Covid my listed apartment is now rented out for long term rental. I only received one reservation through the years on Booking and had to decide to rent out on long terms. However I have one reservation coming up I have to cancel. How can I do that? Thanks in advance.

nope,. no booking team here, PARTNER HUB lad, come on its in big letters up top.

 

use your brain, contact them,  offer change dates, suggest another provider nearby etc ....

be creative not lazy.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
