hi so i have a client that would like to cancel their booking for saturday the 4th dec she has booked for 6 people but 2 members have had a positive result so she wants to cancel i have mine set to non refumdable what do i it says to contact customer service but i dont know how to excuse me this is the 1st time this has happened
