cancellation fee

Hello,

I really need your help with cancellation management. The guest didn´t check and I absolutely don´t know how I can withdraw the amount for his reservation. When I look on his credit card details I can see only number of card, name and expiration date but not CVC number so it is impossible to withdraw the cancellation amount.
