cancelling a booking
The booking for the 2nd October will have to be cancelled as you have not charged the correct fees including cleaning fees. You have been contacted several times over this ,but it keeps happening
If you dont have additional fees correctly setup , then that can happen.
But its also not a valid reason to cancel and instead just collect it when the arrive.
Be smart about it. message them about it in advance and see if they decide to cancel.
Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.
