Duplicated reserves in the same Room, and dificult to close a Room atfer reserved.

Duplicated reserves in the same Room, how to avoid and prevent? I'm having dificult to avoid this problem, and don't get it why this is happaning in just one of my four Room's.

Example:. I get a reservation in the AIRBNB and the booking didn´t close the room, i have the calendary sincronized, and we received a reservation at the booking for the same day in the same room.

And why a Room is closed after the reservation, and other room's are reserved but still open to reserve? Regards

Right , now its 502nd time for me to say it....

 

Go get a channel manager to manage multiple OTA listings, that will prevent 99.99 of double bookings, there is no other option

 

e.g. syncbnb, smoobu, cloudbeds, beds24 , evivio, google for more

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
