Liz if you dont know that  then you should immediately close all rooms until you have done all your homework and extranet setup.

No really this is serious mistake , if you are not ready. As you could end up with relocation invoices before you have even had your first stay completed.

In general there are 3 templates that can be auto scheduled on triggers.

New Reservations 

This is the main one and first one a guest is sent.

What would I include:

• Deposits & Prepayment
  • outline the process, methods accepted, time limit (helps with fake and no shows)
  • dont assume you must use the BdC prepay methods, see 3rd partyoptions , including your own bank account info
• Mandatory warning of guest failing to provide valid phone number and address, and failing to respond to extranet messages from partner to guest will result in void cancellation of reservation.

• Pre clearance of covid passport documents procedure
• anything that clarifies typical requests
• optional on request services  and their fees and how to pay
