False booking in Apartment

Hello,

I wanted to write to you about a concern  reservations in my apartment, a large number of false reservations are noticed, I do not know if it is possible for you to identify them, because they are harming us.

While I don't know how could someone evaluate (devalue) my apartment with grades, without being present in Redoni Apartment.
Please remove that assessment, because that person was not in my apartment (CharloteY, be
Reservation number 3786007882) , and only intended to harm me.
