food allergies

Hi. A guest has booked reservation and only several weeks later announced she is pork and dairy intolerant and her partner is a severely allergic coeliac. In my ad, I state people with food allergies may bring their own food. Being a one bedroom bnb I do not feel confident that I am competent to deal with the catering rigours required nor do or even wish to cater for their needs. Can I decline the reservation?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
