getting stuck in location verification for a long time

Hi, 

My properties have been in the process of location verification since 3 4 months and still there is no update from booking.com team they're not even asking for any vedios or documents they just reply the same thing that we need to have patience untill the team gets in touch with us which has already taken 4 months with no action taken

Not cool, phone and ask for a video method date and time.

 

Ask for escalation, 3 to4 months is inexcusable

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi Travelyzers

I am sorry to hear of your frustrations with the location verifications. We have had a huge influx of requests for verifications with new properties listing and currently have a backlog for this. We are aware of the extended time this is taking due to the increase in demand for it and apologise for the delay. The team are working tirelessly to get this rectified as soon as possible, however I do not have a time frame for how long it may take them to reach out to you I am sorry. Our team are talking directly with them as well at the moment to keep on this case. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Same mine. But weeks already. I  don't mind. They cancel my. Adds but those. Departed. Guest. Should be. Sent out the payment. It's not fair.

I had a guest who checked in on Sat 30th Oct 2021 and checked out on 4th Nov 2021. Booking.com said my property needs to go for location verification which I am waiting since Nov 2021.

I have not received my payment yet. I have submitted complaint twice but still no success. What shall I do ?
