Guest comment after departing this morning after I provided Twin Room for his booking
Guest comment.
‘i’d Like to request free cancellation for this booking (guest had checked in previous day and was provided with Twin room for him & son I provided all facilities)
Guest would like to refund for the inconvenience caused due to ‘non-availability of taxi’
Guest & son went to Anthony Joshua boxing match at Tottenham Stadium had a problem getting a taxi SO requesting I refund him for one night stay.
Am I going mad? Why am I responsible???????????? OR am I missing something ??
